National Bank of Commerce and Project Joy, along with author Dan Urshan of Duluth, provided 1,200 copies of “Where’s Duke?” to be added in the backpacks of kids along with their weekend meals that are provided by Project Joy. These will go out between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
